Although the author's premise may have merit, the book is so full of factual errors and oversimplifications that it obscures any real meaning or benefit the book might otherwise have provided. It does not appear to have been proofread for accuracy. For example, the author states "Inside our bodies, red blood cells will actually morph into dangerous antibodies..." This is obviously untrue. Antibodies are a class of proteins and red cells can't "morph" into them. The frequent factual errors of this type throughout the book make the book practically unreadable. In addition, the author preaches and talks down to the reader which would make the book unpleasant to read even if there were not so many errors. This book is definitely not as advertised. I would return it if I could.

Overall it's okay. A few key points to realize with the MCT Oil trend and solid Probiotics for a Healthy Gut. There is a lot of messaging around gut-health, which is on-trend right now. Fairly all the same messaging. The information is good; fairly easy read. I don't feel like I learned anything "new" but it did reinforce it. There are a few typos "week" instead of "weak." Ultimately you have to do the work -- buying the book and reading about it won't get any of us a slim-physique so that's the reality.

I found this book by accident. I was browsing for female diets and this book jumped out for me because of my background. I have been a female bodybuilder for years. I got out of the industry years ago because of how difficult it is to maintain the body especially when you get older.I have only been in the regiment for a week but I wanted to say that I crave the nutrition mapped out in the book. I have high energy that I haven’t had in years and I am sleeping soundly. I have lost 4lbs thus far and I am already seeing definition again. I can’t wait until I complete the 12 weeks to see and feel the results.I will be back in 11 weeks to add an update to this review. 😊

I actually saw amazing results following her plan. I was skeptical about the amount of coconut oil at first but decided to go ahead and try it anyway. I became unsure about the amount of coconut oil again and stopped. Now after some more research on the saturated fat in coconut oil I am reconsidering. Hope this helps someone!

Author relates what worked for him. Does not even consider human variability. Not much science. Sales pitch for products. Probably gets commissions. Utterly worthless!

This is indeed a very helpful short read book for busy people who wants to keep fit like me. This book will also help us avoid injuries that we may not be aware of aside from the actual running that we should be doing. You may also want to consider reading this if you are looking for alternate means of getting slimmer/dieting. I really like this book!

Clear, well written and makes a whole lot of sense. You'll find her plan for getting the body into shape and maintaining it very practical and easy to do. I've lot weight already after only a short time.
